Chamonix opens Les Grands Montets this weekend – 29th Nov 2008

We went to Les Grands Montets on Sunday and had a fantastic day – the pistes are in great condition and open right down to the base station. Early season lift pass prices are €23 for 4 hours or €28.50 for a dayCurrently snow depths are 105cm at the top of Bochard (2765m) and 75cm at Lognan (2000m)Blue skies greeted us …
…though it’s sometimes a bit gusty at the top…
Great to be back up there again though!
Chalet la Forêt is a beautiful mountain home, close to the Flegere ski lift in Chamonix.
