Off piste cross-country skiing on the Prarion plateau - with the Aravis range in the distance. I’ve never tried this, but would love to give it a go.

Lovely, lovely picture of the view of the Mer de Glace from Montenvers - I really recommend looking at all his photos, there are some amazing ones from all over the world.
Le Tour - view from the Col de Balme

The wide open spaces of Le Tour have spectacular views down the valley which you can really get a feel for in this photo. Last summer, we saw a marmot just further down from here…
